Apply contact cement to the board and back of laminate sheet. Allow the cement to dry about 15 minutes

Step 3:
Place thin rods on the board about 12-18 inches apart. The rods prevent the laminate from sticking to the board. This allows you to position the laminate before sticking to the board.

Step 4:
Once the laminate is positioned in place, remove the rod closest to the edge of the board and use a roller to press in on the laminate. Remove the next rod and repeat till the full board is completed.

Step 5:
Use a router to cut off the excess edge and use the roller to roll the edge to make sure it has not been lifted off the plywood during routing process.
